A clear readiness picture and a first working step for schools and campuses — without a long retainer. Prefer a smaller step first? See the 90-minute readout below.
Schools, campuses, and education orgs that need a clear picture of AI readiness and a first working step — without a long retainer.
Typical fit:
Max 1–2 concurrent Sprints. If both slots are full, the next start date is after closeout.
Not a fit if you need weekly standing meetings, custom software, or an agency that “handles SEO.”
The Sprint is the main product. A free self-assessment and a paid 90-minute step sit in front of it so you can test fit before a 2-week engagement.
15 questions in the browser — nothing is sent or stored on a server. Take the assessment →
Paid, focused session built on your assessment results (or a short intake). Fee credited toward a Sprint if you book within 60 days of the readout date (non-transferable).
2 weeks: written readout, 90-day plan, one working pilot. Primary product.
A paid, fixed session for schools and campuses that want a clear picture after the free self-assessment — without jumping straight into a 2-week Sprint.
$500 – $1,000 fixed, scoped on the intro call.
Fixed scope. Three deliverables + two live calls.
Short written readout of where you are (tools, policy, practice, risk). Plain language. Tied to what you already do — not a generic maturity model dump.
Prioritized next steps, owners (roles, not names if you prefer), and what to defer. One page you can hand to leadership.
Either a prompt pack for a real job (e.g. syllabus assist, staff/comms draft, ticket triage) or a small workflow with human approval gates (no auto-send to students/parents/public). We avoid handling student records; when access is needed, we work under your data-privacy agreement and FERPA rules. You leave with something usable, not a slide about AI.
Calls (live, on calendar):
Between calls: async (shared doc / email). You review drafts; nothing goes “live” in your systems without your say.
Out of scope for this product (say no so the Sprint stays deliverable):
If you need those later, that’s a different conversation after the Sprint — not bundled here.
Async-heavy on purpose.
Intro call (free, 30 min) → yes/no → invoice / start date
Kickoff call; access checklist; confirm pilot
Async discovery (docs, short survey or async answers); draft readout + plan + pilot; your written feedback once mid-sprint
Final package; close call; handoff
Expect ~2 live meetings total in the Sprint (kickoff + close), plus the free intro before kickoff. Extra calls are not in scope unless both sides agree and re-scope.
Start dates respect the school calendar (no mid-exam week starts unless you insist).
$2,500 – $5,000 fixed, scoped on the intro call.
Single school / small team; light doc set; prompt-pack pilot
Typical campus or department; interviews + docs; workflow with gates
Multi-site / messier policy stack; more stakeholders in the readout
Payment: 50% to start, 50% at close (or net-15 invoice if your PO process needs it). No hourly surprises inside the fixed scope.
Cancellation / rescheduling: Deposit refundable until kickoff. After kickoff it’s non-refundable. If client feedback is more than 5 business days late, the timeline moves.
For the first 2–3 Sprint clients only: a founding-client rate in exchange for sharing honest feedback — a short testimonial and/or case-study permission. The rate is not contingent on a positive review. We ask for candid feedback about what worked and what didn’t.
Quotes and org name only as agreed in writing; no student PII. Many districts need communications or superintendent approval before staff can endorse a vendor — get that authorized written permission before any public testimonial is published.
When a founding-client testimonial is published, it will be labeled, for example: “This client received a founding-client rate in exchange for sharing feedback.”
This does not lower the published $2,500–$5,000 band. When founding slots are filled, only the published price applies. Ask on the intro call if a slot is still open.
